Centara Grand At Centralworld Bangkok

The hotel was really nice! The service from the staff was really good, with the head of management going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The fast wifi and friendly staff were definite highlights. the hotel's central location made it perfect for exploring the city's top shopping areas.

It would have been great to have rooms with standing showers for elderly guests, as climbing over the bathtub could be difficult for some. Nonetheless, these minor inconveniences did not diminish from the overall enjoyable experience at the hotel.

The rooftop bar at Centara Grand was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed sipping cocktails while taking in the amazing city views. The hotel's location, next to a large mall, made it convenient to explore dining options. The room itself was luxurious, and the morning breakfast buffet was excellent. Plus, the attentive front desk staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

the luxurious amenities have exceeded our expectations, especially the Spa & wellness center with the full body massage and steam room that left us feeling refreshed. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area provided an excellent relaxing ambiance. the location was ideal for shopping and dining, and the dinner at the restaurant was impeccable. the room advantages, with private facilities, made it feel exclusive and relaxing.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service staff at the poolside snack bar. Their lack of attention and slow response time could be improved upon.

We had an amazing stay with great hotel facilities and a perfect location. Our room had a view near an elevated pedestrian walkway and was clean. The breakfast included both Italian and local cuisine and the staff were helpful in giving advice on local attractions.

The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a pool, tennis courts, and a gym.

The selection of restaurants within the hotel is limited, with more international cuisine options and no Thai food available.

The staff at Centara Grand provided really good care, solving any issues immediately. We experienced a problem with our key and it was resolved quickly without any hassle. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of both Asian and Western options. we had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city close to many shopping malls and restaurants. You can easily walk to Siam Paragon, Platinum Mall and other sightseeing spots. the BTS station Siam is nearby which can take you down to the riverside to pick up the hop on hop off. The rooms were spacious and well-designed with beautiful city views. The staff was always polite and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options and the gym and pool area were great.

Some guests complained about the quality and price of in-room dining.

We loved the variety of facilities at the hotel, including a big supermarket, shops, an ice skating rink, and a small soft playing area for babies. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find out that there were karaoke rooms and a casino available. It was the perfect place to have fun and indulge in our favorite activities.

Felt very lucky to have found such a fantastic hotel with nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at Centara Grand and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located above CentralWorld, one of Bangkok's largest shopping malls. The family room was spacious and modern, with a breathtaking view. The hotel restaurant on the 54th floor also offered an amazing view. It's well connected to the BTS metro system, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of food options nearby, as well as other shopping malls. a great hotel for a city experience.

I would recommend this hotel.
